Are mobile phones worth the risk?

Nowadays, practically all the population uses mobile, but we realize that is a problem.

On the one hand, people don't use the mobile just to communicate. But we do also serve to play games, listen music, to surf the net ..

On the other hand, more and more children get a phone and this is a negative effect because it could give the number to strangers.

You don't understand why a child of 8 years must be mobile, I remember that I had my first cell phone until age 13.

In Conclusion I think cell phones are positive when it comes to communicating with other people. But now more and more is only used for useless things. Even I included in this group who used mobile for nonsense.
